Things have changed since the 35th for me. Gary
and I have been married for 42 years still have two daughters
(the young one is now 3 years breast cancer free) and 5 beautiful
grandchildren. Their ages are 13 down to 6 and the maddening
thing about it that I am looking up to the 13 and 12 year old.
We retired from the auto salvage business and are concentrating on our storage container business. I will soon be moving my office into my home. My husband is supposed to be retired but since I go in for a few hours 4 days a week, he usually goes in with me. We sold our Grand Woods home and now live on the south end of Lansing in the project that Gary worked on for three years, it turned out beautiful and large enough that our daughter, husband and children all lived together with us. We have 40 acres. My daughter and family now live in Laingsburg. Gary and I are roaming around in this big house by ourselves with GiGi our little cockapoo pup. Our older daughter lives in Houston, Texas now so we don't get a chance to see her or our grandson very often. I am looking forward to seeing as many as possible this September. |
